Ingredients list for Paneer Grill

  • 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 1-1½ tablespoons Yellow thai curry paste
  • 2-3 tablespoons Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 stalks + for garnishing Spring onion greens finely chopped

Method

  1. Line a serving platter with few Iceberg lettuce leaves, bell pepper curls and spring onion green flower.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds. Add cubed cottage cheese and sauté till lightly golden from all sides.
  3. Combine yellow Thai curry paste and coconut milk in a bowl and mix.
  4. Add chilli flakes and prepared curry paste to the pan and mix. Add salt, mix and cook for a minute. Add lemon juice and spring onion greens and mix well.
  5. Serve hot on a lined serving platter and garnished with some chopped spring onion greens.
