Ingredients list for Paneer Grill
- 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) cubed
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
- 1-1½ tablespoons Yellow thai curry paste
- 2-3 tablespoons Coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 stalks + for garnishing Spring onion greens finely chopped
Method
- Line a serving platter with few Iceberg lettuce leaves, bell pepper curls and spring onion green flower.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds. Add cubed cottage cheese and sauté till lightly golden from all sides.
- Combine yellow Thai curry paste and coconut milk in a bowl and mix.
- Add chilli flakes and prepared curry paste to the pan and mix. Add salt, mix and cook for a minute. Add lemon juice and spring onion greens and mix well.
- Serve hot on a lined serving platter and garnished with some chopped spring onion greens.
