Ingredients list for Pancake Pops
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
- ½ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1 Egg lightly whisked
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon Melted butter
- for shallow frying Butter
- Maple syrup for drizzling
Method
- Sift together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
- Make a well and add milk, egg, vanilla essence, melted butter and 1 teaspoon hot water. Whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
- Grease paniyaram pan with butter. Pour a ladle full of batter in it. Cook them till boththe sides are done.
- Serve hot.
