Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach leaves (palak), chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 3 green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till light brown.
- Add green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add tomatoes and saute till oil sufaces. Add spinach leaves, salt and cook till spinach is tender. Serve hot with steamed rice.
