Ingredients
- 1½ cups refined flour (maida)
- ½ cup gram flour (besan)
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- ¼ cup mixed nuts chopped
- ¾ cup ghee melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Sift together refined flour, gram flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder and green cardamom powder into a mixing bowl.
- Add mixed nuts and ghee, mix well and knead into stiff dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions. Shape each portion into medium sized cylinders and flatten it slightly. Arrange them on a baking tray.
- Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool down to room temperature.
- Serve or store in an airtight container.
