Ingredients list for Mutton Stew with Garlic Bread-SK Khazana
- 750 grams Mutton cut into 1 inch pieces on the bone
 - 1 tablespoon Butter
 - 1 teaspoon Oil
 - 5-6 Black peppercorns
 - 1 Bay leaf
 - 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
 - 2 Medium onions thinly sliced
 - 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
 - to taste Salt
 - to taste Black peppercorns crushed
 - 1 Large potato peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
 - 3 cups Mutton stock
 - Garlic bread
 - 1 Baguette
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped
 - 1/4 cup Butter
 - 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh parsley finely chopped
 - to taste Salt
 - to taste Black peppercorns crushed
 
Method
- To make garlic bread, preheat oven to 180º C. Slice baguette and set aside.
 - Mix together butter, chilli flakes, garlic, parsley, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl.
 - Spread garlic-herb butter generously on the baguette slices and arrange on a tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-6 minutes.
 - Heat butter and oil in a pressure cooker, add peppercorns, bay leaf and garlic, mix and sauté till garlic turns golden brown.
 - Add onions, mix and sauté till translucent. Add mutton pieces, mix well and cook on high heat for 5-6 minutes.
 - Add flour and mix well. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and potatoes mix well. Add stock, mix well, cover and cook under pressure till 6-7 whistles are released.
 - Serve hot with garlic bread.
