Ingredients list for Muesli Chivda
- 2 cups Muesli/Oats
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 12-16 Curry leaves
- 2 Green chilli
- 1/2 cup Raw peanuts
- 2 tablespoons Cashewnuts halved
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and sauté.
- Slit, deseed green chillies and add, mix and sauté well. Add peanuts and cashewnuts, mix and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add muesli, mix and sauté for 1 minute. cinnamon powder, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and black salt, mix and let it get heated through. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- Serve.
