Ingredients for Mirchi ke Tipore Recipe

  • Medium sized light green chillies roughly chopped 12-15

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic cloves sliced 6-7

  • Salt to taste

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon halved 1


Step 1

Heat oil in non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Step 2

Add garlic, mix and sauté till golden. Add green chillies, salt and turmeric powder, mix and sauté for a minute.

Step 3

Add butter and coriander powder, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Squeeze the juice of lemon juice on top, mix well and transfer into a porcelain jar and cool down to room temperature. Serve as required.
