Ingredients
- 12-15 medium sized light green chillies roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 6-7 garlic cloves sliced
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 lemon halved
Method
- Heat oil in non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add garlic, mix and sauté till golden. Add green chillies, salt and turmeric powder, mix and sauté for a minute.
- Add butter and coriander powder, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Squeeze the juice of lemon juice on top, mix well and transfer into a porcelain jar and cool down to room temperature. Serve as required.
