Ingredients for Mirchi Cha Thecha Recipe

  • Green Chillies 8-9

  • Fresh Coconut

  • White sesame seeds 30 grams

  • Garlic 7-8 cloves

  • Fresh coriander leaves 1/4 medium

  • Fresh coconut 50 grams

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Remove stems and wash green chillies. Peel and wash garlic. Clean coriander leaves, wash well with plenty of water and then chop roughly. Scrape fresh coconut.

Step 2

Heat oil on a tawa, add green chillies, white sesame seeds, garlic, coconut and coriander leaves. Sauté for three to four minutes. Remove from heat and leave aside to cool.

Step 3

Grind it coarsely in a mixer or pound in a mortar. Remove and serve as an accompaniment.
