Ingredients
- 8-9 green chillies
- 30 grams white sesame seeds
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 1/4 medium fresh coriander leaves
- 50 grams fresh coconut
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
Method
- Remove stems and wash green chillies. Peel and wash garlic. Clean coriander leaves, wash well with plenty of water and then chop roughly. Scrape fresh coconut.
- Heat oil on a tawa, add green chillies, white sesame seeds, garlic, coconut and coriander leaves. Sauté for three to four minutes. Remove from heat and leave aside to cool.
- Grind it coarsely in a mixer or pound in a mortar. Remove and serve as an accompaniment.
