Ingredients list for Matar Macaroni Malai
- 1 cup Green peas shelled and blanched
- 100 grams Macaroni
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- to taste Salt
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 2 medium Onions sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
- 100 grams Cheese grated
Method
- Bring two cups of water to a boil in a pan. Add one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of oil. Add macaroni and cook till it is three fourth done.
- Drain in a colander and rinse under running water. Set aside to drain completely. Apply one tablespoon of oil so that macaroni does not stick together.
