Ingredients
- 400 grams chicken tikka, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- ¼ teaspoon black salt
- 2 tablespoons raw mango, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate pearls
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves chopped + to garnish
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons green chutney + to garnish
- 2 tablespoons date and tamarind chutney + to garnish
- 2 tablespoons sweet yogurt
- Sev to garnish
- Papdi to garnish
Method
- Take chicken tikka in a large bowl, add chickpeas, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, black salt, raw mango, pomegranate, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add green chutney and tamarind chutney and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, drizzle sweet yogurt, a little green chutney and a little date and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle some sev, some coriander leaves, crush a few papdi and sprinkle and serve immediately.
