Ingredients list for Masaledar Besan Ki Roti
- 1 cup Bengal Gram
- 1/2 cup Wholewheat Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
Method
- Mix together all the ingredients together except ghee and add enough water to knead into a soft dough. Divide into 6 parts. Roll out each part into a chappati, fold into half and again into half to make a triangle.
- Roll out again to make a triangular roti. Heat a tava and fry each roti with a little ghee till both sides are well done. Apply a little ghee and crush with your hands. Serve hot.
