By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Papad, Oil Cuisine Marwari Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Masala Khichiya Papad 4 Papad khichiya, readymade for deep-frying Oil ½ tablespoon Butter 1 tablespoon Red chilli-garlic chutney as required Green chutney 1 medium Onion chopped 1 medium Tomato chopped as required Fresh coriander leaves chopped to sprinkle Chaat masala Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.Deep-fry papads till they puff up. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add red chilli-garlic chutney and sauté for a minute. Transfer into a bowl. Spread some butter-chutney mixture and green chutney on each fried papad. Put some onion, tomato and coriander leaves on top. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
