Ingredients list for Masala Khichiya Papad

  • 4 Papad khichiya, readymade
  • for deep-frying Oil
  • ½ tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli-garlic chutney
  • as required Green chutney
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped
  • as required Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • to sprinkle Chaat masala

Method

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.Deep-fry papads till they puff up. Drain on absorbent paper.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add red chilli-garlic chutney and sauté for a minute. Transfer into a bowl.
  3. Spread some butter-chutney mixture and green chutney on each fried papad. Put some onion, tomato and coriander leaves on top. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
  4. Serve immediately
