Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped mangoes, frozen
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2-3 cups milk
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 6-8 almonds
- 3-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon castor sugar
- 5-6 ice cubes
- Mango wedges for garnishing
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing
Method
- Blend together bananas, frozen mangoes, almonds, almond butter, ice cream, vanilla essence, castor sugar, ice cubes and milk till smooth.
- Pour into individual serving bottles, garnish with mango wedges and mint sprigs and serve chilled.
