Ingredients list for Kurkure Mushrooms-SK Khazana
- 12-16 Button mushrooms
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Spring onion greens chopped
- 2 Fresh red chillies chopped
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- as required Refined flour slurry
- as required Panko breadcrumbs
- to deep fry Oil
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Mix together gruyere cheese, spring onions, red chillies, crushed peppercorns, parsley and salt in a bowl.
- Stuff this mixture into mushrooms. Dip them in the refined flour slurry and coat with panko. Repeat the process.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry stuffed mushrooms till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
