Ingredients list for Khoya Kaju

  • 50 grams Cashewnuts roasted
  • 3 tablespoons Mawa
  • 1 cup Boiled onion paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 200 grams Khoya/mawa grated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons coriandter leaves

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick pan add onion-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  2. Add ginger paste, khoya, milk and sugar and continue stirring for two minutes. Add cinnamon powder, salt and cashewnuts and cook for a minute. Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
