By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Small raw jackfruit (kathal), Red chilli powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 small jackfruit (kathal), peeled, peeled, cut into pieces and boiled 3 teaspoons red chilli powder ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1½ teaspoons garam masala powder Salt to taste 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves 4 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped 2 tablespoons roasted gram flour Oil for shallow frying Onion rings for garnish Micro greens for garnish Green chutney to serve Method In a bowl, add raw jackfruit and mash it well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, onion, fresh mint, fresh coriander, roasted gram flour. Mix it till well combined. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs. Set aside. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, place the prepared kebabs and shallow fry till golden and crispy. Drain on an absorbent paper.
