Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 medium radish
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 medium onions
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium green capsicum
- 1/2 cup tamarind water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 green chilli
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Method
- Strain tamarind water into a bowl. Add sugar and red chilli powder and mix well. Cut cucumbers into thin strips and add to the bowl.
- Cut radish and carrot into thin strips and add all these to the bowl.
- Finely slice onions and add to the bowl. Remove the seeds of the tomato and cut into thin strips.
- Cut green capsicum into thin strips and add. Finely slice green chilli diagonally and add to the bowl.
- Add fresh coriander leaves and Tata salt lite and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
