Ingredients list for Jamaican Jerk Potatoes-SK Khazana

  • 20-24 Baby potatoes parboiled and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (dalchini) powder
  • 1 teaspoon All purpose seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Castor sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • for garnish Fresh parsley sprig


  1. Mix together onion powder, garlic powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, all-purpose seasoning, oregano, rosemary, paprika, chilli powder, crushed peppercorns, castor sugar, salt and chilli flakes in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add potatoes and toss.
  3. Add spice mix, toss and cook till potatoes are fully done. Add chopped parsley and mix well.
  4. Garnish with parsley sprig and serve hot.
