Ingredients list for Instant Hakka Noodles

  • 1 packet Noodles boiled
  • 1 teaspoon Spring onion bulb chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 4-5 French beans sliced diagonally
  • 1 Carrot thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Cabbage shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 1 Green capsicum julienne
  • 1 stalk Spring onion greens chopped
  • 2 teaspoons White vinegar


  1. Heat oil in a large kadai. Add spring onion bulb, French beans, carrots and cabbage and sauté. Add noodles and toss.
  2. Add soy sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper powder. Add capsicum juliennes and chopped spring onion leaves. Mix. Add vinegar and mix. Serve hot.
