Ingredients

  • 1 packet noodles, boiled
  • 1 teaspoon chopped spring onion bulb 
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4-5 French beans, sliced diagonally
  • 1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 100 grams cabbage, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1 green capsicum, cut into juliennes
  • 1 spring onion green stalk, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large kadai. Add spring onion bulb, French beans, carrots and cabbage and sauté. Add noodles and toss.
  2. Add soy sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper powder. Add capsicum juliennes and chopped spring onion leaves. Mix. Add vinegar and mix. Serve hot.
