Ingredients list for Instant Hakka Noodles
- 1 packet Noodles boiled
- 1 teaspoon Spring onion bulb chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 4-5 French beans sliced diagonally
- 1 Carrot thinly sliced
- 100 grams Cabbage shredded
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 1 Green capsicum julienne
- 1 stalk Spring onion greens chopped
- 2 teaspoons White vinegar
Method
- Heat oil in a large kadai. Add spring onion bulb, French beans, carrots and cabbage and sauté. Add noodles and toss.
- Add soy sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper powder. Add capsicum juliennes and chopped spring onion leaves. Mix. Add vinegar and mix. Serve hot.
