Ingredients list for Hot Garlic Prawns
- 10-12 Tiger prawns
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 3 tablespoons Garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
- 2 tablespoons Green chilli chopped
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic, ginger and saute for a minute. Add green chillies, prawns, salt and saute fot a minute.
- Add vinegar and soya sauce and let it cook for two minutes.
- Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
