By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fish fillets, Dried red chillies Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Hot Chilli Basil Fish 2 Fish fillets boneless 2-3 Dried red chillies 8-9 Fresh basil leaves to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 teaspoons Garlic chopped 3 teaspoons Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Oil 1 inch Ginger cut into juliennes Method Preheat oven at 180ÂșC. Take fish fillets on a plate. Sprinkle salt and crushed peppercorns on top and rub well. Place on a baking plate and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes. To make second marinade, combine garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns, soy sauce and oil in a bowl and mix well. Drizzle second marinade on the fish and spread evenly. Arrange basil leaves and broken red chillies on top. Top with ginger juliennes. Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
