By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jun 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Honey Cuisine Chinese,Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Honey Garlic Chicken - SK Khazana 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces 2-3 tablespoons Honey 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch to taste Salt 1 Egg 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil 1 Medium onion cubed and layers separated 1 Medium green capsicum diced 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds roasted 1 1/2 cups Chicken stock 1 tablespoon Soy sauce to taste White pepper powder 1 tablespoon Cornflour slurry for garnishing Spring onion greens sliced Method Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Add cornflour, salt and egg and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken pieces till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic, onion, capsicum, chilli flakes and sesame seeds, mix and sauté for a minute. Add ½ cup chicken stock and soy sauce, mix and cook for a minute. Add remaining chicken stock, pepper powder and salt, mix and simmer for 2 minutes. Add fried chicken pieces, cornflour slurry and honey, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
