Ingredients list for Homestyle Pizza-SK Khazana
- 2 Small white pizza bases
- 2 Medium brown pizza bases
- 2 Medium tomatoes
- 1 tablespo for greasing Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Medium onion finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 3-4 + for garnish Fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 Chicken sausage
- 1 Ham slice
- a few 3 coloured capsicum cut into triangles
- a few Button mushroom slices
- 1 Small onion diced and layers separated
- as required Red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Corn kernels
Method
- For making pizza sauce, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden.
- Add onion and sauté till golden brown. Add tomatoes, mix and cook for a minute. Add salt, red chilli powder and sugar and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 180º C.
- Set aside to cool slightly, then transfer into a grinder jar and puree it roughly.
- Spread the sauce evenly on 2 white pizza bases. Spread 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each pizza base.
- Slice the chicken sausage and cut the ham into thin strips.
- Arrange some sausage and ham on 1 white base and some coloured capsicums, mushroom and onion on the other white base. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and spread a few corn kernels on top of both.
- Spread some more mozzarella cheese over both the bases.
- Grease a baking pan with some oil. Keep the pizzas in it and place the pan in the preheated oven and cook till the cheese melts.
- Similarly make the pizzas with the brown pizza bases.
- Serve them hot.
