Ingredients
- 10 green chillies
- 6-7 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons oil
- Sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chillies and sauté for two
minutes. Add sea salt and mix well. - Cover and cook on medium heat for four to five minutes. Transfer the green chilli mixture into a mortar. Add coriander leaves and pound with a pestle into a coarse paste. Serve with hot bhakris.
