Spread some grated jaggery and some mawa evenly over rotis. Top with some cashewnuts, some pistachios and some almonds. Sprinkle some nutmeg powder and cardamom powder on top and cover with the remaining rotis. Heat a non-stick pan. Place the prepared rotis and roast, basting with ghee, till evenly done from both the sides.
