Ingredients list for Grated Potato Snack
- 2 large Potatoes grated coarsely
- 2 tablespoons Peanuts crushed
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 3 Fresh red chillies finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Lemon
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add potatoes and saute for two to three minutes. Remove from heat and transfer into a bowl.
- Add red chillies, coriande rleaves, peanuts, cumin seeds, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Mix well amd transfer back into the pan.
- Cook till the potatoes are soft.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
