Add coriander leaves and mix. Slowly add buttermilk and knead into stiff dough. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add 1 tbsp of hot oil the dough and knead. Divide the dough into small portions and roll into balls. Apply a little oil to each ball and roll into puris. Deep-fry the puris in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
