Ingredients list for Farali Missal
- 4 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
- ½ cup Roasted peanuts powder
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped
- 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped
- ½ cup Raw peanuts
- to taste Salt
- ½ Sugar
- For topping Farali Chiwda ½ cup
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and sauté till fragrant.
- Cut boiled potatoes into large cubes.
- Add boiled peanuts to the pan, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cubed potatoes, mix and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Add peanut powder, mix and lightly mash the potatoes. Add some water and mix well. Add salt and sugar, mix and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Serve hot topped with farali chivda.
