Ingredients list for Farali Missal

  • 4 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • ½ cup Roasted peanuts powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped
  • ½ cup Raw peanuts
  • to taste Salt
  • ½ Sugar
  • For topping Farali Chiwda ½ cup

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and sauté till fragrant.
  2. Cut boiled potatoes into large cubes.
  3. Add boiled peanuts to the pan, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cubed potatoes, mix and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add peanut powder, mix and lightly mash the potatoes. Add some water and mix well. Add salt and sugar, mix and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Serve hot topped with farali chivda.
