Ingredients list for Farali Missal
- 4-5 large Potatoes boiled
- 2 tablespoons Batata chiwda
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 3 Green chillies slit
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts crushed
- to taste Sea salt
- 1/2 cup Batata chiwda
Method
- Heat a pan, add ghee and let it melt. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and sauté for ten seconds.
- Crumble the boiled potatoes and add. Add one and a half cups of water and let it come to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for two to three minutes Add whole peanuts, crushed peanuts, sea salt and simmer for five minutes.
- Place the batata chewda in serving bowls.
- Pour the missal over and serve hot with pav.
