Ingredients list for Eggless Waffles
- 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida)
- 3/4 cups Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 cup Yogurt
- as required Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
- for greasing Butter
- 3-4 large Red grapes
- 1-2 piece Plums
- 1 medium Peach
- for dusting Icing sugar
- Maple syrup for drizzling
Method
- Sift together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add yogurt and whisk well. Add milk and whisk into a smooth batter.
- Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Heat a waffle iron. Grease it with some butter, pour batter, cover and cook till golden from both the sides.
- Halve grapes, slice plums and peach.
- Place waffles on a serving platter alongwith the fruits. Dust some icing sugar and drizzle maple syrup on top. Serve immediately.
