Ingredients list for Egg White Omelette
- 12 Eggs
- 2 medium Onion
- 2 medium Tomato
- 2 inch piece Ginger
- 4 Green chilli
- 4 Button mushrooms
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli pepper
- 8 tablespoons Oil
Method
- For each omelette break 3 eggs and separate the whites and yolks and put into separate bowls.
- Blend ½ onion, ½ tomato, ½ inch ginger, 1 green chilli, 1 button mushroom, 3 egg whites, salt and red chilli powder well.
- Heat 2 tsps oil in a non stick pan, pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat, till set.
- Loosen the edges, fold into half, flip and cook till golden.
- Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
