Ingredients list for Daalia Chutney
- 1 1/2 cups Roasted Bengal gram
 - 2 Green chillies, chopped
 - to taste Salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 3/4 cup Yogurt
 - 2 teaspoons Oil
 - 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
 - 1 Dried red chilli, broken
 - 5-6 Curry leaves
 - 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 
Method
- Grind roasted gram, green chillies, salt and cumin seeds in a mixer. Transfer into a bowl.
 - Add yogurt and mix well. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
 - Add this tempering to the chutney and mix well. Serve.
