Ingredients for Daalia Chutney Recipe

  • Roasted Bengal gram 1/2 cup

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Yogurt 3/4 cup

  • Oil 2 teaspoons

  • Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon

  • Dried red chilli broken 1

  • Curry leaves 5-6

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon


Step 1

Grind roasted gram, green chillies, salt and cumin seeds in a mixer. Transfer into a bowl. Add yogurt and mix well. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and turmeric powder. Add this tempering to the chutney and mix well. Serve.
