By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Baby potatoes, Oil Cuisine Creole Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Creamy Cajun Potatoes 12-16 Baby potatoes , parboiled with skin to deep fry Oil 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dried oregano 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Dried basil 1 teaspoon Dried parsley 1 teaspoon Dried thyme 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 teaspoon Paprika powder to taste Salt to garnish Onion , finely chopped to garnish Fresh parsley , finely chopped Method Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Lightly press baby potatoes between palms, place on a plate. Add these to the hot oil and deep-fry till golden-brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat mayonnaise in another non-stick pan, add oregano, chilli flakes, basil, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder and salt and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons water and mix once again. Add fried baby potatoes, mix and remove the pan from heat.
