Ingredients list for Corn Potato Tikki - SK Khazana
- 3/4 cup Corn kernels boiled and mashed
- 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespo for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1-2 Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- to grill Oil
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Mix together potatoes, corn, coriander leaves, green chillies, garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the tikkis on it and grill, turning sides, till evenly done on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
