Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels, blanched
- 200 grams paneer, cut into ½ inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan oil add onions and saute till light brown.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and saute till oil surfaces. Add capsicum, corns and let it cook for five minutes.
- Add paneer saute for a minute and remove from flame.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
