Ingredients list for Corn And Pomegranate Parcel
- 1 1/2 cups American corn kernels boiled
- 3 tablespoons Pomegranate Kernels (anar)
- 2 medium Onion
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
- 3 tablespoons Butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Chop the onions into slightly big cubes.
- Put the onions into a bowl, add corn, pomegranate pearls, salt, chilli flakes, chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Chop coriander leaves finely and add and mix well. Cut the foil paper into squares.
- Apply a little butter in the middle. Place the corn mixture over and fold the foil to make a parcel.
- Bake these parcels in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve in the foil itself.
