By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Nov 2014 in Recipes Veg New Update Corn And Boondi Raita Main Ingredients Sweet Corn, Boondi Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 1 tin sweet corn 1/2 cup + for garnish boondi 2 cups yogurt chilled 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves 1 green chilli Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder roasted 2 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon black salt (kala namak) A pinch red chilli powder Method Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and 2 tbsps yogurt to a fine paste. Mix this with the remaining yogurt well. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, sugar and black salt and mix well. Place a muslin cloth over a clean bowl, pour the yogurt into it and squeeze tightly to get a smooth mixture. Drain sweet corn from the tin and rinse in fresh water. Drain well again and add to the spiced yogurt and mix well.
