Ingredients list for Chutney Cheese Vegetable Sandwich
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Green chutney
- 3/4 cup Processed cheese grated
- 1 Medium onion finely chopped
- 1 Medium tomato finely chopped
- 1 Green capsicum finely chopped
- 8 White bread slices
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder
- to taste Salt
- as required Butter
Method
- Mix together cheese, onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, chilli powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder, salt and chutney in a bowl.
- Apply some butter on all the bread slices. Top 4 slices with a portion of the prepared cheese-vegetable mixture. Cover with remaining slices and apply some more butter on top.
- Heat some butter on a non-stick tawa. Place sandwiches on it and toast, turning sides, till evenly done and golden brown on both sides.
- Cut into triangles and serve immediately.
