Ingredients list for Chilli Corn Rice
- 3 tablespoon Chilli garlic sauce
- 1 cup Corn kernels boiled
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non stick wok, add cumin seeds, crushed black peppercorns and sauté till fragrant.
- Add corn kernels, rice, lemon juice, chilli garlic sauce, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot
