Transfer it into a mixing bowl, add onion, mixed bell peppers and mix well. Trim the edges of bread slices and chop them. Divide the chicken mixture into equal portion and pat the mixture on the satay sticks. Roll the prepared skewers on the bread pieces. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the skewers on it and cook, rotating the skewers till chicken turns golden brown. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve hot.
