Ingredients list for Chicken and Crouton Delight

  • 2 cups Chicken mince
  • 6 White bread slices
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mixed bell peppers chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Oil


  1. Put chicken mince, egg, crushed black pepper and salt into a mixer jar and grind till smooth.
  2. Transfer it into a mixing bowl, add onion, mixed bell peppers and mix well.
  3. Trim the edges of bread slices and chop them.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture into equal portion and pat the mixture on the satay sticks. Roll the prepared skewers on the bread pieces.
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the skewers on it and cook, rotating the skewers till chicken turns golden brown. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve hot.
