Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Tawa Pulao
- 250 grams Chicken Tikka readymade
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 2-3 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ¼ cup Tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli paste
- 1 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala
- ½ medium Green capsicum chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons Green peas
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Roughly chop chicken tikka and transfer into a bowl.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and onion and sauté till onion turns golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add tomato puree and red chili paste, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add pav bhaji masala, capsicum, green peas, coriander leaves and salt and mix well. Add 3-4 tablespoons water, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Add rice and mix well. Add chicken tikka, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
