By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Coconut oil Cuisine Kerala Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Stew- Sk Khazana 500 grams Boneless chicken breasts cut into 1/2 inch cubes 2 tablespoons Coconut oil 1 inch stick Cinnamon 3-4 Cloves 5-6 Black peppercorns 10-15 Curry leaves 2-3 Green chillies slit 1 large Onion thinly sliced 1 1/2 cups Coconut milk to serve Steamed rice Method Heat coconut oil in an earthen pot, add cinnamon, clove, black peppercorns, curry leaves, green chillies and onion, mix well and sauté till onion is translucent. Add chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, mix well, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or till chicken is almost done. Add coconut milk and mix well. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or till the chicken is cooked completely.
