Ingredients list for Chicken Shaslik-SK Khazana
- 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Large onion cut into 1 inch cubes and layers separated
- 1 Large red capsicum cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 Large green capsicum cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste White pepper powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- to taste Salt
- for cooking Oil
- to serve Onion rings
- to serve Lemon wedges
Method
- Mix together turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, cream and salt in a bowl.
- Add chicken, onion, red and green capsicum and mix well. Skewer alternatively onto satay sticks.
- Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa. Place the sticks on it and cook, rotating them, till chicken is evenly cooked all around.
- Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
