Ingredients list for Chicken Sesame Kebab

  • 500 grams Chicken Breasts
  • 3 tablespoons White Sesame Seeds
  • 3 tablespoons black sesame seeds (kale til)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • a pinch Nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 3-4 Black peppercorns, crushed
  • 3-4 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • a pinch Chaat masala

Method

  1. Vertically slice chicken breasts into strips and put into a bowl.
  2. Add garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, nutmeg powder, garam masala powder, crushed black peppercorns and lemon juice and mix.
  3. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil and butter in a non stick pan. Mix together white and black sesame seeds and place in a plate.
  5. Coat the marinated chicken with these sesame seeds and shallow fry in the pan on a low heat.
  6. Flip over and cook till both sides are equally done.
  7. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve.
