Ingredients list for Chicken Sesame Kebab
- 500 grams Chicken Breasts
- 3 tablespoons White Sesame Seeds
- 3 tablespoons black sesame seeds (kale til)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- a pinch Nutmeg powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
- 3-4 Black peppercorns, crushed
- 3-4 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- a pinch Chaat masala
Method
- Vertically slice chicken breasts into strips and put into a bowl.
- Add garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, nutmeg powder, garam masala powder, crushed black peppercorns and lemon juice and mix.
- Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat oil and butter in a non stick pan. Mix together white and black sesame seeds and place in a plate.
- Coat the marinated chicken with these sesame seeds and shallow fry in the pan on a low heat.
- Flip over and cook till both sides are equally done.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle some chaat masala over it and serve.
