Ingredients list for Chicken Pakoda
- 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
- 6 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
- 10 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 8 Green chillies
- 2 tablespoons Mustard oil
- 1 tablespoon Tamarind paste
- to taste Salt
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Blend together to make a fine paste of chillies, garlic and ginger.
In a bowl mix together chicken, the above paste, mustard oil, tamarind paste and salt. Set aside for an hour. - Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the chicken pieces till crisp and golden. Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot.
