Ingredients list for Chicken Pakoda - SK Khazana
- 250 grams Boneless chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon Curry leaves shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf)
- to taste Black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida)
- 2 tablespoons Rice flour
- for deep-frying Oil
- to serve Green chutney
Method
- Put chicken strips in a bowl. Add green chillies, curry leaves, fennel seeds, crushed peppercorns, salt and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
- Add refined flour and rice flour and mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken strips till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Drizzle some green chutney and serve immediately.
