Ingredients list for Chicken Nuggets Stick-SK Khazana
- 500 grams Boneless chicken cut into medium cubes
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- /12 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 tablespo for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 Eggs
- for coating Dried breadcrumbs
- to deep fry Oil
- to serve Green chutney
Method
- Put chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Keep the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours
- Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks.
- Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat. Take breadcrumbs in a plate.
- Dip skewers in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and dip once again in beaten eggs.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the chicken in hot oil till it is fully cooked and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
