Ingredients list for Chicken Makai kabab
- 250 grams Chicken Mince
- 1 Corn Kernels
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste blanched
- 1/2 cup American corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 Egg
Method
- Marinate chicken keema with onion, garlic paste, American corn , coriander leaves and blend it in a grinder.
- Add garm masala powder, red chilli powder, satto powder, green chillies, sugar, salt, lemon juice and egg and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs. Heat oil on a non stick tawa and cook till golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
