By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Baos Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Bao - SK Khazana 150 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces 8-12 Baos 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped `1-2 Fresh red chiullies finely chopped 2 tablespoons Spring onion greens chopped to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon Oyster sau ce 1 tablespoon Honey as required Cabbage shredded as required Carrot strips Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, ginger and red chillies, mix and sauté for a minute. Add spring onion greens and mix well. Add chicken pieces and mix. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add some water and mix. Add honey, mix well and cook till the chicken is fully done. Stuff baos with some cabbage, some carrot strips, a cooked chicken piece and some cucumber slices.
