Break the eggs into the bowl and mix well. Discard the edges of bread slices and flatten with the help of a rolling pin. Place a sausage on one end and roll tightly. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Dip the bread-sausage rolls in egg mixture and shallow-fry in hot oil till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
